Online Returns system
If your X2 product develops a fault and needs to be sent back to us, then no need to worry. We have a system called the Service Order System (SOS), which allows you to return your faulty product back to us without the need to contact us directly.

When you buy your X2 product we give you a logon to the system allowing you to submit repairs quickly and efficently back to us.
